I K S N Murthy, M.Sc., LMBB (Aust), B.BEx (USA), CBBSS (USA), GBLPM (UK), and SAFe 4 Certified, am a disciplined academician holding the distinction of being a double graduate with a postgraduate degree. My commitment to excellence and leadership has been evident since a young age, marked by receiving the prestigious Hon'ble President of India Award for being recognized as the best scout in the country. This early achievement laid the foundation for a lifelong journey of transformation and impact across industries and geographies.
With 28 years of experience spanning Finance, Manufacturing, and Consulting, I have worked directly in 14 countries and left a significant impact in 60 countries through 8 international flagship assignments. I have delivered 10 flagship projects, achieved cost savings exceeding $400 million, and eliminated 8000 redundant job roles by optimizing global workforces. As a Champion and Master Black Belt, I’ve led over 500 projects, coached 700+ professionals, facilitated 2000 certifications, and trained more than 40,000 individuals across 20 fields. Recognized as a Master Trainer, I hold accreditations from two UK universities.
My areas of focus include turnaround management, underperformance recovery, and KPI-driven operations. I have designed 2 Centers of Excellence, 2 customized production systems, and 6 shared services across 3 industries. I’ve helped organizations secure 7 ISO/QS certifications, led projects valued over $5 million, and transformed one firm into an Export Oriented Unit (EOU). With 20 performance awards, global and regional leadership roles, and qualifications from four continents, I continue to drive change through end-to-end process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, ISO practices, and digital transformation, backed by a strong ability to lead multi-functional teams and deliver lasting business impact.
KSN Murthy, along with Dimple K Sanghvi, co-authored the innovative book “Oh! Ah! Wow!”, introducing three powerful management concepts designed to transform businesses. Using stories, metaphors, animals, and games instead of complex tools, the book delivers extraordinary practices for extraordinary performance—simple, engaging, and impactful for modern organizations.
